Business Process Summary and Customer Value Proposition:
Selectify supports companies in analyzing their business objectives and the necessary competences for a job to be advertised. Firstly, the existing knowledge and competences within the customer’s company are examined. In addition to this, the customer is supported in writing a job description and conducting the recruiting process. The customer gains insights into its own competence base and receives structured support throughout the recruiting process to find an employee who has the desired competences and skills.

Detailed Description of Tasks:
1. Analyze the business objectives of the company to find HR competence needs
Type of task: automated task
Required competences: strategic and operational business analysis
Required IT resources: CMS (e.g. Drupal)

2. Write Job Description
Type of task: user task (with the help of a template and a guideline)
Required competences: selection of competences for the job (knowledge about the position to fill)
Required IT resources: form to be filled out, e.g. GoogleForms or webserver
3. Screen for existing knowledge within the company
Type of task: automated task
Required competences: judgement of the available competences and knowledge in the company
Required IT resources: query database/list of competences and positions
4. Collect applications (CVs)
Type of task: automated task
Required competences: recruiting competences regarding application process
Required IT resources: tool and location where the CVs are saved/analyzed (DB, data storage)
5. Analyze applications and invite for an interview

How other participants / team members can use and test our process:
The participants and team members will access the Selectify application via a web user interface, where they register with their username and password (which will be prepared by the team). The process where the participants/team members fulfill the human task is the writing process of the job description, which will be carried out by the help of a template. The users will be in the role of the company that searches for an employee with the desired competences. The users will selected the desired competences/skills for the job with the help of the template. The users will either fully complete the process or the whole recruiting project might be cancelled.
