Our workflow application describes the order handling of our company from the viewpoint of an internal logistic employee.
You can start a new process in the tab Processes. Then click on 'Order Handling Process'. A new task will be available under Task.
You can take this task and execute our workflow.
Provide a correct email address to receive order confirmation.
After some time goods ordered from supplier will arrive and can be accepted. (This is simulated and will happen after 1:30min).
At the end of day, all prepared goods will be delivered to the customers (This is also simulated and will happen after 5min).

Hi i tests your application. To be honest the ui is not very intuitive. It took some minutes to figure out how to use the bonita tool but then everything worked very good!

Simple nice site :) After reading your description, i was able to get in your process chain. Nice that always pop up a message where you could continue the process. After all i got a nice email to my student email address :)

Overall: It is clear how to work with the application, but i think there are some issues. Errors: When I logged in with my credentials there was a task "Deliver prepared goods". I mean thats fine but when I finished my order - there was a second task "Deliver prepared goods" so both tasks contained both orders. I claimed one task and delivered it - other task is still open. Possible improvements:

Clear instructions. Everything is working fine. All emails received. Small Issues: - Timezone is wrong - Its possible to order negative amounts which result in a negative cost amount

I managed to get thru and even get to see the KPI-s but some of the captions/labels were just invisible . I wonder if anybody else had this. (I'm using Firefox)

it is beautifully designed, i also like the mouseover effects with hints, when you try to do things you are not supposed to do i have not found out how to create tasks myself
