Our Workflow describes the logistic process for an order from a medical product supplier.

You can use the following link to get so the login page:
http://54.190.9.180:8080/camunda/app/tasklist/default/#/login

Login data:
user: Matrikelnummer
pw: wf

After logging you can select "Tasklist" after clicking the home button in the top right corner.
Then click "Start process" on the top right.
Select "workflow project" and enter the required data and click "start".

The process will then check if the stock is available and if not request a re-stock.

At the end an email will be sent out to the given address. (This does't work with the current solution, because email from amazon EC2 are blocked from mail providers like gmail)

The page is loading very slowly and then the login form says: Your session has expired : You need to sign in again.

I think there is a bug. After the second time login, the task is missing. And my username is q q instead of the matrikelnumber

My first attempts failed (the page speed is very very slow) and when i was able to login i also was named q q. I also not received the mail at e1225721@student.tuwien.ac.at in the end Best Regard Michael

Hi, all users do have the same name - we do not want to discriminate anybody. Due to the small EC2 instance (free) we only get a small virtual machine with limited resources : ( But we will do our best to motivate the EC2 instance to try harder. Thank you very much for your valued feedback, Nico

Hi, thanks for your fast reply! We use the server of one of our colleages but our bottleneck is his internet access speed. Therefore i hope that your and our instance will survive this course. Maybe Mr. Dorn should provide a more stable hosting (eg by tu wien) next semester :)

Hey, we actually asked Prof. Dorn to get access to virtual machines or any kind of infrastructure but it seems to be pretty hard to get any of it : ( I hope that this situation changes after the Elections of the students' representatives bodies this year. Best, Nico

We also found a service of the ZID here: https://www.zid.tuwien.ac.at/student/internet_services/web/ They provided 300mb webspace for every student account, CGI, Perl, php, MySQL. But they shut it down completely in 2015. I think that hosting (also for java applications) would be useful for many lectures (eg: ASE,...)

Yeah, we did actually try to get it from the ZID as well. Amazon took our account four days before submission - it was tremendous to get our instance back. It would be an actual improvement in 2k17 to provide such services - an OpenStack cluster would be awesome and is easy in over provisioning so it is efficient as well.

entering the data works, but i never saw a task that is busy, every task seems to be immediately done

There are tasks that are busy, but only for some orders. If our supply chain manages to deliver your order on point, the busy time is really short, which is what you are expiriencing

I created a task but i cannot find it. Is this normal? Otherwise the two tasks "Invoice Receipt" & "workflow project" worked good for me. GOOD!

I dont see any processes/tasks. Tried both: creating tasks and starting processes with different values. The task list stays empty. If I start the process and follow the instructions in the description nothing happens after submitting the form. I didn't receive and email and the task list stays empty as well. Did try it with different products and values.

Hi, you do receive a notification in the lower right corner, that the task was finished. The whole process is then automized or is not depending on your site. Thank you for your testing, Nico
