A&A Hospital Service

Team:
Project 14

- For each student there is an already created account based on their matricle numbers as a User ID, and “group14” as their password.

All the fields are required, so please make sure you fill them up with authentic information. Also, please note that the Street Name and Number are checked and validated. Therefore, it is advised to use actual street names for better results.

- Once the fields are all filled with required information. User can then press on the button “Go! Inform Hospital”.

Enter any adress: click go inform Hospital - success Message - ...?

Yes, if you get the success message you are good to go.

Everything seems to work fine!

Thanks for testing

Link is dead!

Please try it again. Sorry for the inconvenience

It was down for a restart, but it should work fine now

Hospital was informed - works on my machine.

By the way, if the input parameters are not accepted it is most likely a wrong address

Please keep in mind that our hospital can only support patients from vienna. Internally we use the Google Maps API and only query for locations inside of vienna. Best Regards Michael (Member of Group 14) :)

Tested it, works fine :)

Works fine for me as well, I like the clean layout

worked fine for me :)

thanks for testing :)

After successfully informing the hospital with a not emergency option. Tried to inform again the hospital with an emergency checkbox. But button got disabled could not inform

This is fine. The submission form is one task of our bpmn. You can send another request if you reload the page (you then start a new emergency case) the webpage can be seen as a simulated emergency call (phone) hotline Best regards

Yes, we implemented that, so no one can by accident send the same request twice. But if you reload the page you can submit a new request.

Nice work. Would look even better if the data from the form disappears after sending the request.

First of all -> Nice design # Help texts are only in german? or language local depended? # Where i could see all my messages? Do i have a profile or is it only a terminal Website, which recognize any emergency? # After changing the checkbox from "..emergency .. booking" yes to no, i can't do anything else?

Works very good, except the website icon :)) :8080/favicon.ico - Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 404 (Not Found)

ok im not sure what the purpose of this form is, but i guess its working. Just for info: if i have a emergency somewhere and i can find the address in this situation, i will not look for the postal code, sorry :) It would be better, if i can leave it blank, but i cant. at least i cant say its working, because i am not sure where i can check a result. The popup is the result?

Serdar S.

It is working but after the user submits it i think the form should be empty again. It does not make sense if i have to delete all the fields to enter new information.

Thanks for your test. Its fine like this because you can then see which information you have entered. If you want to submit another emergency call then you would maybe reload the page. the submit button will only work once anyways. therefore clearing the fields would not help much. but thanks for your test :D

I don't know how you validate the address - but it seems that you ignore the postal code - entered Graumanngasse 7 with 1010 Vienna, but there is only one graumanngasse 7 in 1150. Would be nice if you provide your process model.

Clear Instructions. Process seems to work as expected (if the popup confirmation is the expected result) + Nice UI Design. Minor Issue: The postal code seems to be ignored when validating the address. As long as the street is inside of Vienna it does not matter wehter the postal code is correct or not.

indeed, it is held quite minimalistic and spot on.

Everything is informed in my test! :)

Worked good for me

For me too

It worked all-fine for me: i was even surprised that i wouldn't accept a made-up street name :) Great job there!

Very interesting idea! Wrong street name does pop up an error but not postal code check. Maybe an information text message (mobile phone) with confirmation infos or something else would be interesting.

The Hospital was informed. The application works fine for me.

Worked according to the specifications.

the hospital was contacted

hospital was contacted, so worked for me
Josef Glas's picture

worked

hospital service works fine

Generate KPIs
Persist KPIs

Inputing the data works, but I am wondering what is happening after I finished the task.

As expected. It seems to validate the street in Vienna, though I could not verify this 100%.

If login fails, you don't get redirected to a login page Whitelabel Error Page This application has no explicit mapping for /error, so you are seeing this as a fallback. Sun Jun 25 15:52:41 CEST 2017 There was an unexpected error (type=Unauthorized, status=401). Full authentication is required to access this resource

I can type in any address, for example Karlsplatz 123456789, 1010 Wien klick on the emergency checkbox (or don't use that checkbox) and get a popup that everything worked fine. Still i am not completely sure what the purpose of this website should be There are Categories - one of them is named MentallyIll -> that is really hard to read, i would rename it to Mental Health Problems
