Similarily to 'Finanzonline' - the Austrian web portal for filling in your income statement - we provide the interface allowing you to get some of your taxes back.
(Attention: in case you have not paid enough taxes, you will have to pay some taxes additionally!)

Steps to do:

  • 1. Register & Login with your Student-ID
  • 2. Fill in all required boxes (especially (wish-)income numbers!)
  • 3. Wait until calculation is done. For higher amounts our personnel might to inspect and confirm your case individually. You will be notified about the result of examination process.
  • 4. If you are unhappy with the result of the calculation, you may complain.

Info: we consider the income tax rates depending on the following basis = total income - number of children (<18y) * 480. The more children you have, the lower is your basis for calculation!

To login just enter your student id and a random passsword. There is no password reset option, so please remember it.

How long will the calculation take?

Depending on what the result of the calculation is, it could be that a manual task is necessary. If this is the case, the task may take longer to process. Usually between a few hours and max. 1 day.

Works fine! How long does the response take? Tested a high number of children, cause it was not restricted. Also insert negative incomes, not sure if this should be possible.

Unfortunately the processing of the data takes a lot of time. So the feedback for the user could be more precisely. The rest looks fine!
