Supportify is an incident management system that provides solutions and support from technical experts.

Steps:

  • Login with:
    username: Your student enrollment number
    password: WFM2018
  • Hit the Start process button in the top right corner of your screen and then select Supportify_user
  • Type in your student enrollment number as bussines_key and then you can submit your issue

You will get a default solution based on your errorcode. If this solution isn´t helping, a technical expert will look into your problem and provide another solution. (This may take some time.)

In the part, where you can check the default solution, in the bottom part, there's a checkbox, determining, whether the default solution worked for you or didn't.

@Alja Kasic You have to press the start process button and then click supportify_used (i just checked, the rights to your account are ok, so it should work)
