I filled out the web-form i received via e-mail. Worked!

Following the link I get to a web-form with only one option and no title. Is this volitional?

I submitted the form, which succeeded. After more than 2 days (Saturday) I received the email about the second stage task. Now i'm waiting again for the next response. The total time so far is basically 3 days. Update: The second reply took 8-9 additional days, but now the process is finally complete and worked correctly. In general it seems more like 2 independant, but connected, processes instead of 1. The reason for this is that during the second step we have to reenter data, which should already be known from step 1 (Name, Email, Age,...?). This probably allows one to change/fake his identity mid process. The psychological evaluation for a "Junior Java Developer" seems inappropiate and might have even had a similar level of depth to the Stellung for the military, but now for a job with basically no risks or responsibilties.

Submission works nicely. Validation and Fields also make sense. All in the process is very straightforward and intuitive. I didn't receive a Survey or reply yet, if I receive one later I will edit this comment accordingly.

The application through the form worked and I got invited to phase 2. The questions for phase 2 were strange though.

I filled out the application form as described. Then I got invited for phase 2 as well, for which I completed the survey. The survey was hosted externally and asked some intimate questions which made me question the privacy behind this.

Same as above i filled out the first form and also was invited to the second level with the quite initmate questions. But all in all it worked fine and i also got further and got a confirmation mail that i would have been accepted.
