Testing went good!

I found it a little bit difficult to follow the instructions because the text and images were a little conflicting. But that might be just my issue. Once I was able to assign myself to a group (at first 'delivery'), then I saw that there were no tasks for it, so I still had to assign myself first to the customer, then evaluator, and so on to test the entire process. Otherwise, the process went through smoothly, good job!

Hi, thank you for testing. We just fixed the missing delivery task, so now it should be visible if pick-up is choosen.

I have tested the customer part. It worked fine.

In the estimation group I claimed the task with my order but forgot to check the checkbox on complete. After that I could not find the my process anymore. I guess it terminated?

Hello, if you did not checked the checkbox, then the process finished as not accepted, so to say.

So I claimed a ticked in the frontdesk task section. I checked both checkmarks (so item is acceptable and price is acceptable), however I am not able to complete the task. An internal error occurs. I was still able to save the task. Is there something I am missing? EDIT: tried it again. Works now

Thank you for testing! I think that internal server errors comes from the fact that the task was assigned to someone else before. Please try with another task, thank you!

Yeah I think that was the issue. Works now

I think it worked, although it was quite tricky to follow the instructions. Interesting idea and nice process, though.

Everything worked. At first, I had some problems with your description but I was able to finish the test successfully

I tried testing the application, however I am not quite sure if everything worked as intended. Nice Idea though

I had no evaluate tasks :(

I added myself to the delivery group but I had no tasks. It was also a bit confusing, I read too fast so I accidentaly did what the customer group should have done and then realized I am in another group

worked fine but instructions were kind of long and complex - i though at step 4. you MUST select customer group

easy and convenient. Everything worked for me

Positive review from my side - your process works so far!

Complex and long instructions to follow. In the end it worked fine.

Tested all parts, as ticked all user roles. Instructions a bit too long and complicated. All in all it worked.

Tested all different Roles, everything worked

The description was hard to understand. But it worked fine!

I like your idea. I assigned myself to the estimation group. After checking the box and clicking on “Complete” the following error occurred "An error happened while submitting the task form :500 Internal Server Error”. There was no “Continue” button.

Testing was fine, I liked the idea of role assignment. Instructions were helpful

Tested went well

Everything worked as expected, but it is quite hard to understand how the workflow works

tested as "Customer" - worked fine!

works

works well (customer) - see comments in test-excel

tested and works

Testing was fine!

+1 for your instructions. Worked with that!

everything worked fine

tested the customer part, works fine!

The description is hard to understand. Everything worked fine :)
