1450 Coronify

In 2020 the world as we know it was turned upside down. The Corona Pandemic broke out and changed the lives of people in Austria and around the globe. With this change, many uncertainties arose, as this new disease was previously unknown and the symptoms were not known to the citizens. When there was a suspicion of infection, Austrian citizens were urged to call the hotline "1450" to give their personal data and health history in order to obtain information about a potential viral disease from a team of experts. The problem with this process, however, was that this hotline was quickly overloaded and the potentially ill persons did not receive any information.

The "1450 Coronify" project was set up to enable people with a potential corona disease to enter and evaluate their personal and health data online. The potential patients use a web form to enter their data and then receive (based on an expert evaluation) the information whether a corona test is necessary or not. If the data provided is not sufficient for an evaluation, the 1450 Coronify staff will contact the persons and collect the required data by email (or phone call).

User Access and Testing
To test the project "1450 Coronify", please open the website 1450 Coronify and enter your data (for traceability please use your TU Vienna email address eXXXXXXX@student.tuwien.ac.at) Afterwards you will receive an email notification if further data is needed for your evaluation, or if testing is necessary or not.

Note that there are several multi-select dropdown lists that can be used by holding the SHIFT or CTRL button and selection multiple values.

Please note that after your data was submitted, our team has to manually evaluate wheter additional information is required and if a test needs to be carried out or not - this can take up to several hours (or one day) until you receive a corresponding result.
