The idea of a quick touch less medical check up sounds more attractive in current global situation.
We developed a process of ordering medical test kits by the user with a possibility of checking test results online (including Covid 19).
As different roles are involved in the process, you have an opportunity to go through the whole process without changing any roles (as administrator).

Hi, we also used Camunda and I found it a bit hard to understand the process, also because of loading variables and so on. It would have been a bit easier if the variables were named and showed proper. Still the process went smooth and with no errors!

Same for me. Easy to lose the overview if never worked with Camunda before. However, workflow had no issues.

Everything worked, at first, I was a little bit confused. However, with your manual, I knew what I had to do. The delivery of the test kit to lab took some time where I got stuck but a few minutes but all worked in the end

My test did not work fine unfortunately. Every time i start the process i receive a form failure. The tests of the others seem to work. So maybe i am doing something wrong?
