Project 3

Our target is to build an application for managing the selling process of food retailers. Therefore we implemented an Onlineshop to purchase products.

For evaluating our system, the first step is to open the website: http://128.131.169.124:8083/login.

With the credentials:
Username: “YourMatrikelnumber” e.g. “01234567”
Password: “1234”
you can login into our system. It is important to use your Matrikelnumber, so we can retrace that you evaluated our system.

After the login page, the online shop will open automatically. There you can choose from our various products. The highlighted ones are recommended especially for you. After you’ve chosen your products (the chosen ones are shown in the top right corner) you have to enter your credit card information and address information. Here it is important that you enter a format that corresponds to the example values shown in the empty field, otherwise, it will not be possible to submit your order via the “OrderUp!” button.

Now a feedback site opens. Where you need to leave feedback, about how your experience with the online shop was. After submitting feedback, the process is done.

Testing went good. Only when i submitted the feedback did not get a message that everything was done so i dont know if you got my order.

1. I tested with proper customer information (name, phone, address, credit card information, etc), and selected some products. I was directed to the feedback page. I selected the radio button and filled the comment section. When I pressed 'submit', then nothing happened. 2. I added again some customer info and credit card information and did NOT select any products. By pressing 'OrderUp!', I didn't get any notifications or anything that would hint to select a product. This would have been a nice addition (because I actually just forgot to select them :D ). Otherwise the interface was very nice to use and understandable.

Great UI, but it would be more interesting to not only have lorem ipsum products, so I just chose randomly something and also a total price would be good to know

Hi - ordering worked fine but i found many javascript console logs and the feedback page took VERY long (but this seems to be a known issue - maybe you could write that into the project description)
