Project 6

Fast & Furious is an online shopping website for car parts. The process of project 6 simulates the process of the refund handling for returns.
As a customer you can access the customer support page for returns at http://lva924-server3.ec.tuwien.ac.at:8086/returns A chat bot will ask you to provide the necessary information to start the returns process. You have to enter your first name, last name, matriculation number (Matrikelnummer) and the order id. The chat bot will propose an order id, but you may choose any other id. After starting the process the chat bot will show a link to the status page for your return. It shows the current status and if the order was refunded or your claim was either rejected or cancelled. You don't have do anything else in the process.

works perfect

works

The simulation does what you describe. The length of the matriculation number is checked and if I enter not "no" as text the nice Hobbs, tells me that I need to enter 8 digits. The same is with the Order ID. I also noticed that the status is changing and you canceled my claim because I was not fast enough in returning my stuff ;). But for my second try it took a little longer for the status to change therefore it would have been nice to receive the link in a mail, this way I have to keep it open or save it somewhere to maybe reload it another time. Small Remark: I wanted to try the process twice once with the given order ID, once with an own one - the link back to the main page which is usually hidden behind the "logo" does not work (it does something but not the right stuff). Otherwise, the simulation works as described.

Works well!

Everything is working as described. When I try to enter "no" in the matriculation number field, it works fine as well. The 10 digits of the order number will be checked.

works very well, everything as described

Works as described. Still waiting for my refund though.

works fine

works as described

Works as described in the instructions.

Works as described, although I haven't received my refund yet. UI looks really nice.

The application worked well and the idea of implementing a chatbot is a nice alternative to other complex refunding processes.

Worked as described. Nice idea with the chatbot!

Worked very well!

The process seems to do what it is supposed to do. The chat bot is a neat idea! All inputs are validated immediately and you are told what was wrong with your input and asked to enter it again.

Everything works as described. It would have been advantageous if, in the case of invalid entries, colour highlighting made it clearer that an invalid entry had been made. In addition, it might be better to send the link additionally by e-mail, as it takes some time for the claim status to change, so the page has to remain open in the meantime. However, the functionalities mentioned are only small suggestions for improvement and the chatbot works very satisfactorily.

works fine

I agree with the opinion of the other testers: it works as described. AND: Cool idea to use a chatbot.

Everything works fine
