Project 4

With our application we want to make it as easy as possible to find and join events while maintaining safety standards related to vaccination and COVID testing status.

Please be patient. Since we are using a free provider there is only a limited amount of RAM and the application turns out really slow. So if anything loads for a long time please just wait and if the page is not reachable just reload it.

Our test description is in a pdf which you can download at:

I tested the application and got a ticket, everything worked for me. Thank you for the detailed description, without it I would have no idea how to test this.

works as described

Works fine, good and detailed description :)

Everything worked, but the "Rate Event" pop-up disappeared too quickly before I could click on it. For my taste the workflow has to many clicks to perfom and is not very intuitive

It was good that you provided the PDF Tutorial as the camunda interface is not very intuitive. The first process run worked as described, unfortunately, my payment got refunded, so naturally I wanted to try again with another event. However, after that, I could not get past the login page because after clicking "Complete" it did nothing for a while and then showed an error no matter how often I tried, either "Service Unavailable" or "Request Terminated". Therefore, I could not test the "Rate Event" view.

It's a known problem, we used the free tier of heroku for hosting and with only 512MB of ram it sometimes can't handle the workload of Camunda (worked fine on local machines with more ram) I restarted the server, hopefully it works now

Thank you for the detailed description within the pdf. When you use it for the first time it is a bit complicated and not very intuitive but works as you stated. I also have the feeling that it is more than in the other applications. (Do you maybe have more than 5 tasks?) First time went without any problems. At the second test (I also wanted a refunded payment) the server was not available anymore. :( Facit: It works as described nothing "bad" to add :)

I like the pdf, nice work. There was a ticket left for the event so I didn't have to go through the refund process, however, I could not rate the event. The session timeout or something, I try to reload but nothing.

works

Thank you for the detailed test guide. Took a while to load the page, but then it worked perfectly.

The detailed pdf-description is a good idea to help navigating in Camunda. Everything worked fine for me until step 6 after selecting an event and clicking the "complete" button. Unfortunately, there it says "An error happened while submitting the task form : Service Unavailable". I think it might be a similar problem as Felix Winterleitner has already mentioned in his comment.

Everything worked fine as far as I cold tell, besides the rating task never was created, there was no popup and in the tasklist there was also no rate event created. The PDF was good to understand and the screenshots helped for sure. The process overall is rather cumbersome I have to admit. I would not like to use this application in real life :) But from an application viewpoint it seemed to work fine, besides the mentioned last rating step.

First of all, I would like to compliment you on the detailed description for testing, including the addition of screenshots and highlighting of them, which made testing much easier for me, as otherwise I would have had to look longer on the website to see where I had to click on what. Almost everything worked satisfactorily, the only thing I didn't get was a pop-up after selecting an event to rate it. However, I was then able to rate the event on the general overview page. A small suggestion for improvement: When hovering over the respective events, it would be advantageous to know that they are clickable.

The pdf tutorial was very helpful for testing the application. Everything worked as described up to task 6, where I got a "Service Unavailable" error.

Worked as expected, thanks for the detailed test description.

Not very intuitive but the test guide answered all the questions - it all worked.

Works

Works fine.
