Setting of our Application:
We aim to help people improve their hair quality by creating custom shampoo that fits their individual hair and scalp perfectly. We do this by asking the users some simple questions. Afterwards we are presenting an optimal shampoo and the possibility to order it directly on the website. After the order is delivered, the users have the option to give us feedback.
To test our Application, you can proceed as follows:
STEP 1 - VISIT WEBSITE:
Visit the application on wfm.ngdevs.net.
STEP 2 - GO TO QUIZ PAGE:
There you will see the button "take the quiz" which you can click on to start the process of creating your custom shampoo. The button will take you to the /quiz subpage where some questions will be asked in order to get to know you and your needs better, for creating a fitting custom shampoo for you.
STEP 3 - ANSWER QUIZ:
You have to answer all questions on the /quiz page in order to continue. After filling out all questions, you can continue by pressing the “submit” button on the bottom of the page.
STEP 4 - ORDER SHAMPOO:
After submitting, our application will create a custom shampoo with ingredients suiting your previous answers. There you will have to wait a couple of seconds. When the ingredients are found, you will be redirected to the /order page, where you will get information about your custom shampoo and have the possibility to order it. If you want to place an order, you need to type-in your matriculation number and a shipping address before pressing the button “order”.
STEP 5 - CHECK ORDER STATUS:
After placing your order, you will get a custom order link where you can check the status of your order. (Save this link somewhere! otherwise you cannot check the order). The shampoo will probably be ready to ship after 2 hours, and should be delivered in 26 hours total. If your order is delayed, you will get a 20% discount.
STEP 6 - VISIT FEEDBACK PAGE:
After your order has been delivered, we kindly ask you for your opinion on our service by providing a short feedback which can be accessed via the button “fill out feedback” on the page /order-status after delivery.
STEP 7- GIVE FEEDBACK:
On the /feedback page, you can rate how happy you are and additionally enter some comment or something you would like to let us know about. Then you have to send it to us via the “submit” button.
