Hi, I placed an order of 99 bottles of Kärntner Weißwein. However, there appears nothing in the tabs recommendations, cancellation, or feedback. Also when logging into the Delivery Frontend as Sonja, I can't see any tasks. Should it be that way or do you need to "deliver" my order first?

Hello, it can be that you all still have CORS-issues. Please find the extension for chrome in our test description. You can check, if everything worked if you have a look on your browser-console. Additionally keep in mind that the calculations may take a bit in the background and therefore it could be that it also takes some time till the order is shown in the Delivery System and you have to refresh. Be also aware that you need to turn on the extension after you installed it. This is done by clicking on the icon till the small c is orange.

There is still no content for me in the three sections, even after explicitly turning on the extension.

First Scenario works fine, but I am not able to accept the recommendation or cancel the order. I waited half an hour and reloaded the page several times but the recommendation does not change.

Hey, sadly, all three pages stay empty for me even after installing & enabling the Chrome extension. I have tried to order about 400 bottles by now, but sadly nothing changed :( Hope to hear from you soon

I checked our application and on my side it seems to work and there are several open orders in the delivery system. Please be aware that you need to process your order there as well, see also Logisitc Processing. You will only get a nearly immidiate repsonse if the product is not available (cancellation, recommendation), if it is available it directly is forwarded to the logistic processing.

I now processed all the orders by myself as this seemed to be a little unclear in the instructions. Now at least some of you should find requests for the questionaire.

I tried to two times to order the Kärntner Weißwein but sadly all three pages stay empty for me as well - CORS extension is installed and activated for your page. Hope you can fix the problem soon, we're so close before the weekend and I'd really hate to have no wine :(

Please be aware that it is necessary to do the logisic processing as well. Please, therefore read the instructions, especially section Logisic Processing, and try it again.

If you do not get an error in console while ordering (CORS) then you will definetly find your order under cancellation, recommendation or already in the logisic processing. Please also be aware that it might take some time till the background calculations are done.

Was able to order wine, but the three pages "Recommendations", "Cancellation" and "Feedback" show no results. The browser console shows that multiple entries are returned, when clicking on the different sections. I also used a CORS browser extension. Love the design and the motto on the page

As stated in a comment above and in the instrucions you need to do the logistic processing also on yourself - at least this is what we expected, but seems to no work at all. I now porcessed all the open orders you made and therefore you should now find enries in your questionaire section.

Hey, i have installed and activated the CORS extention, but when clicking the Login-Button nothing happens, and the Console of the browser shows some errors.

After initially trying to login, where nothing visible happened, I clicked on the logo. I could see and order some bottles, which is where it told me to look into recommendation, feedback and cancellation, but nothing appeared. The descriptions of the bottles were very helpful to decide, which I'd prefer tho, so thanks.

Vinerino works only if you are logged in. Thus, changing the route to e.g. the ordering page will not work until you are correctly logged in. You will have to login everytime after restarting the browser or logging in from another device otherwise we do not know which student proceeds the order.

The login should also work without the add-on. I just tried the login and it worked, please try it again or reload the page. Please do also not place orders wothout being logged in, this will not work for the further processing.

The Login-Issue was caused by the WLAN i was using (eduroam @Wirschaftsuniversität), somehow this WLAN blocked the login, i am now using a different WLAN and Logging in works fine!

Nice design and overview. Order and delivery works after multiple attempts, but I'm not able to give you any feedback. Good support.

Hello, you'll need to log onto the other service as described in the instructions. There you can commission your order. After comissioning the feedback form for your order will be available! Happy testing!

The Feedback processing Service was down for a while it should work again

Everything worked fine, just the final step when I should give feedback doesn't work for me. I liked the design though!
