With a couple of clicks you as an author can share your scientific paper with DigiPub in a safe, secure way. The process of writing and publishing a scientific paper involves our AI-based automated plagiarism and spellchecking. Additionally we provide the service of reviewing and authoring so you can focus on the work of producing new scientific research breakthroughs.

(1) Visit the application on http://lva924-server3.ec.tuwien.ac.at:8087

(2) Login with your username which is the prefix before the @ of your contact address (for example if exyzabc123@student.tuwien.ac.at is your contact address exyzabc123 is your username (special characters like "." are removed). Your password is "password". If you have problems here, please feel free to contact us under simone.andreetto@tuwien.ac.at

(3) Now select the tasklist and when it has opened use "Start process" in the right upper menu.

(4) Type in your contact data and your scientific paper and submit it

(5) After submitting your paper it will now go through our automated process and will be reviewed by our reviewers.

(6) After we reviewed your paper please come back to finally submit it

I have successfully submitted my paper, the instructions were clear and the task was easy to accomplish. However, I was a bit disappointed that you did not implement your own application/frontend besides the Camunda cockpit, like the other groups did.

The process worked smoothly and I were able to submit my paper for the review, finally submit it after the review and received the email. Two minor flaws: Would have expected a frontend, which communicates with Camunda, not the Camunda cockpit directily. I was able to "claim" the review tasks of my paper and therefore reviewed my paper myself.

I had some Problems to log into this plattform - tried jovan.dragojlovic and e11910030 as an username and it did not work for me.

I was confused at first what exactly my contact address is and tried my student address, before I understand mean the contact address we chose for our WFM account on this website this was a bit confusing in the beginning, but other than that everything worked fine.

The start of the process worked fine, but sadly it was possible for me to see all the open tasks in the whole system and could therefore work on the process instances of other testers as a regular user. I would recommend to use extra applications for the further processing steps or extra roles in the system.

We are using the servers from TU. Actually this specific port should also be accessible from outside the VPN (for me it works without login into the VPN) http://lva924-server3.ec.tuwien.ac.at:8087

The workflow works very well. I really like your topic and this could be a big benefit for authors. But I don't think that your plagiat check works in the right way, because my second paper pass this check with text from wikipedia. But I think this is just a little mistake, which you can solve quickly.

The process works, but I could review my own paper and pass it on, as well as review and also publish the papers of others in camunda. This could have been handled in a better way.

I think I'm also able to edit other paper and to reset the assignee. But besides that works great - received the second e-mail instantly.
