Testing strategy:
Individual 1: User Role: The users can register with our system and enter their information. They click on a button and the test will be ordered. Test ordering and sending will be simulated. After delivery is done, we will display another button for the user to click to indicate that they have sent the test kit back. The actual testing of the sample is also simulated. After a short waiting time, the user will be able to see their results.
Delivery role:
Individual 2: The person receives an order and packs it (ready to send). The delivery service will receive the order and they can click a button to change the status (sent out, delivered, sent to testing).
Individual 3: Lab Technician role: They receive a new post, they click a button to indicate that it is now being tested. Actual testing will be simulated. They enter the results and update the status that it has been tested. Initial customers will see the results.
Students of the course can participate in our process via an online web interface where they can register to our system and be assigned to a role (client, delivery service, lab technician, etc).
