Application Domain Description:
In the region of Vienna there are hundreds of small shops but also restaurants that sell wine. Nearly all of them have to manage their procurement process totally on their own and therefore also need to negotiate about prices and conditions on their own. As one customer does not have that much market-power in the negotiations it is hard to accomplish good deals.
Exactly this is the point where Vinerino wants to intercept. The goal is to provide a platform for these shops and restaurants where they can order the products they need and Vinerino overtakes the rest of the procurement process. As the market power rises when buying bigger amounts of wine at once, better deals and conditions will be the result. In order to provide the best experience for the customers the service should be available online.
Description of offered services
Vinerino's customers can order a variety of vines. The logistic software checks if the ordered products are available. Depending on the stock, the desired products are packed and prepared for the delivery process, or our recommender system selects products which can be ordered in the requested quantity. After booking and commissioning these products will be delivered to the customers. Finally, a questionnaire is included at the end, which is not only feedback for our company, but also a way to express dissatisfaction of customers. These acknowledgments will be used to constantly improve our service and internal processes.
Preporcess: User Identification
Before our pocess starts the user needs to log in to our Customer Application. This is done via e-mail. Additionally the customer has to provide the name and shipment-adress for every ordered product.
