What is the result (service or product) of your process?
The result of our service is taking care of people who tested positive for the virus and following the steps of the protocol for treating infected patients, which include getting tested, getting the results and the doctor’s report, but also notifying the government to contact people who the person has been in contact with.

Which task is performed by group members with a certain strategy to resolve who is doing the task?
Login/Registration
Every person experiencing any symptoms or suspecting they could be infected with coronavirus needs to register on the website.

Fill out the medical form
The user has to fill out a medical form stating the symptoms and the current health condition. They should also give details of their previous whereabouts, illnesses, allergies, and any other medical conditions they have faced in the past.

Patient Evaluation
If the user is a potential coronavirus patient will be decided by the medical team (e.g. nurse) and the patient will be informed about further procedures.

Medical team visit
If the review results in a potential corona case a medical team will visit the patient and do the test to determine if he/she is positive. The testkit will be sent to the lab by the medical team.

Lab results
The lab will send the results to the healthcare system. Afterwards, the government and the patient will be notified about the results.

Doctor report
If the patient is positive, the doctor will send a report to explain what he/she should do and how the self isolation works. He will also be sending the medical prescription and the sick leave.

Contacts list
If the patient is positive, he/she will have to fill a form of contacts with whom he has spent time. This list will be sent to the government server.

Notify contacts
The government officials must notify all the persons with whom the patient has been in contact, so they can self isolate, too.
