Selection Domain and Speaker 27.03.

Team selects a process domain where they want to develop a business process management system from a list but may also define a new domain (finance, assurance, manufacturing, e-commerce, science, biology, software development, healthcare, …
Further a speaker is selected who is responsible for communication with course management.

Application Description 27.03.

Team makes a short verbal description of a process in its domain with statements
· five tasks that are called by the system and are implemented by different members (RQ1),
· which new technology shall be applied (RQ2)
· which task with person selection (RQ3)
· which exception shall be handled (RQ4)
· which three performance criteria KPIs) shall be measured (RQ5).

Create tasks for your project/team in the course management system and assign the name of the team member that will implent the task to this task description.

Test your whole workflow application, create in the course management system a workflow application where you can announce how other teams may use your application.

In the week from June, 6th to 11th other participants of the course shall use your application so that you can evaluate your process.

Evaluation of KPIs 19.06.

Make an analysis of your defined KPIs and make proposals derived from this analysis how your process could be improved. Upload a documentation of your application consisting also of this evaluation in the course management system.
